With the need to make a machine operator's life a little bit easier, an assembly machine that had a repeatable set-up in the form of an assembly jig was required. A big part of this design is trying to negate the risk of operators developing RSI, so the majority of the work is done by motorized linear actuators.This can be attached to a custom fabricated or otherwise made frame to suit an operator's height and comfort requirements.
