18350 spacer to fit 18650 charger

Thingiverse Haku3D Free 3D Printable

I needed to be able to charge/discharge the 18350 cells for my Radiomaster Zorro separately from the radio to put them to storage voltage because it hasn't arrived yet (still probably 3-4+ weeks wait at the time of uploading this). So I created this really easy to print spacer which is just as easy to solder and use, the curved side cut-outs are to make it easy to hold & grip.Update Feb 25: One day after uploading the original I created V2 which is superior:1) Print the spacer in a solid filament like PLA, 0.2mm layer height, no supports, 4 perimiters.2) Get 18cm of bare wire (some thin copper wire is best like in the picture)3) Wrap it around and thread it through the spacer, starting at the top, make sure the wire is pulled taut when installing.4) Twist the ends of the wires together and solder at the twist point, then cut the excess twist & wire offMake sure the wire doesn't stick out the sides, just the two ends.Direct download from my website:http://www.haku.co.uk/3D/18350_spacer_to_fit_18650_V2.stlAnd for those who still want the original V1:http://www.haku.co.uk/3D/18350_spacer_to_fit_18650.stlYou can sell prints of this, but don't overcharge, and link back here.Tips are most welcome https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/Haku3D and will encourage me to make more designs for everyone to benefit. Most FPV people may know me as licensetodrive on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/user/licensetodrive
