Ratonhnhaké:ton (1756 – unknown), a skilled Master Assassin, rose to prominence in the Colonial Brotherhood of Assassins during America's tumultuous Revolutionary War era. Born with the moniker Connor, he stood as an ancestral forebear of Desmond Miles through the paternal lineage. Conceived out of wedlock between Haytham Kenway, a British Templar, and Kaniehtí:io, a stalwart Kanien'kehá:ka woman from the village of Kanatahséton, nine months prior to their fractured relationship. A mere child when the tumultuous events began unfolding in 1760, Ratonhnhaké:ton faced unspeakable trauma as he was assaulted by Charles Lee and his accomplices while protecting a temple tied to the ancient civilization of the First Ones. Kaniehtí:io met her untimely demise shortly thereafter during George Washington's incendiary assault on Kanatahséton, an act that fueled Ratonhnhaké:ton's misguided conviction that Templars stood behind the catastrophic attack.
