Aspire Atlantis Mouthpiece / Driptip - Updated!
thingiverse
With a 0.4mm nozzle printing should work smoothly. I suggest using 0.15mm layers, or even 0.05mm for better results. As expected, no support is required. To ensure the rubber O-ring stays in place, carefully position it from another mouthpiece onto the printed one. If not, it will simply fall out. Note: Due to some users' extreme reactions over 3D prints and food safety concerns despite zero incidents, use at your own risk. However, I strongly recommend printing this in PLA for optimal results. Daily cleaning of mouthpieces with alcohol is highly recommended, whether printed or original. Additionally, PLA can be cleaned with alcohol without leaving any marks or damaging the material. UPDATES: Use V3 from the zip file if necessary. If it's too tight, try using V2 instead. Scaling up to 102% (1.02) might help achieve a better fit. On my printer, V3 works perfectly fine.
