Aspiration sur CNC
thingiverse
Installation of a vacuum and residue evacuation system on a CNC machine is crucial for achieving correct results and integration with the device. The system relies on a vacuum pump capable of generating a maximum pressure of -76Kpa, ensuring seamless operation and efficient performance. This pump operates at 12V, utilizing current obtained from the initial Woodpecker card's pin (26v) and transformed into 12V power. Automatic startup and shutdown are achieved by syncing the aspiration with the engraving process. The engraving motor is manually controlled through a separate interface. To facilitate installation, certain components have been redesigned to accommodate the system. However, it remains possible to integrate additional elements if the assembly of a 500w motor has already been completed. A crucial step in setup involves incorporating a filter at the beginning of the aspiration path and connecting a tube of foam with a 6mm diameter, precision-cut using a laser to address potential issues.
