This 3D-printable robot, nicknamed "quadruped," boasts an upgradable design that allows users to add an unlimited amount of legs (depending on available electronics). Its creator aims for a build that can expand as needed and is currently being printed by a friend. To test fit certain parts, low-quality components have been produced quickly. The quadruped will be controlled using Lynxmotion's BotBoarduino and SSC-32 Servo Controller, with Bluetooth and PS3 controller support. Initially, it will feature 12 Tower Pro SG5010 servos; however, the creator plans to upgrade them later. Instructions for assembly are forthcoming, along with extra leg versions and additional attachments. Despite being a first-time project, constructive feedback is welcome. The instructions will be divided into segments, starting with the feet and legs. The feet comprise five sections, while the legs consist of three parts. Photos will be added as soon as servos arrive. Please bear with any imperfections as this robot is open-source and can be customized to users' preferences.
