This bobbin is engineered to work seamlessly with the Ashford spinner, but it may also function effectively on other spinning wheel flyers as well. The bobbin consists of three components: two discs and a tube. The parts are securely fastened together using threads to prevent the need for permanent glue. ### Print Settings Printer: Creality Ender 3 Layer height: 0.2 mm Raft: no #### The discs The files include two distinct versions of the disc. One is more straightforward to print, but deviates slightly from the original design. You can print one version twice or mix-and-match them. - Support: yes - Both discs can be printed with the larger area on the print bed for minimal support - One version requires support inside the groove to allow printing the upper part correctly - There is a small 2mm gap between the print bed and the start of the threads; support material helps to not print in-air - Infill: 20% #### The tube - Support: no - Infill: 100% ### Post-Printing 1. The tube itself is mostly hollow, but the two holes for the flyer shaft are designed to be narrower than necessary and must be drilled open using a 6.5 mm drill. After that use a bit of type 600 sand paper to smooth out the inner surface of the drill hole. 2.
