Ashana made a visit to the Big Bang Fair and became the subject of a 3D scan using our scanning rig, which incorporates 96 DSLR cameras capable of capturing a total of 1.8 Giga pixels of data for each scan. We handled the processing of the data with assistance from friends at CapturingReality.com - their software is adept at analyzing each image to identify unique points on each, then plotting these points in 3D space if they appear more than once in an image.
