Ash Williams Chainsaw Hand (Evil Dead II & Army Of Darkness)

This is a highly detailed prop replica of the iconic chainsaw featured in the Evil Dead series and Army of Darkness. The model boasts an impressive array of components, including the chainsaw body, blade (with no stationary chain yet included), side handle, gas caps, pull handle, side disk (possibly an exhaust system), inside handle for secure holding when wearing as a costume piece, and even a slot in the center of the handle for adding electronic features. Additionally, the model comes with several parts for the top handle and hand slot, which can be assembled using nuts and screws that need to be purchased separately. It is recommended to buy a kit containing various screw sizes to ensure proper fitment. The chainsaw was designed with electronic components in mind, but they are not required for functionality. To enhance the prop's authenticity, I installed electronic components from a Halloween prop featuring a motor and sounds into my model. In the future, I plan to create a stationary chain design for those who prefer not to invest in electronics and instead want the blade to remain still. Eventually, I will be uploading a separate model for the "Boomstick" and recording a video showcasing my full cosplay setup. To replicate this model yourself, you may need to scale up the chainsaw or use a Dremel to enlarge the hand hole at the back of the chainsaw for easier handling. Remember to scale up all components if you choose to build a larger chainsaw. I'm excited to share this prop replica with you and hope you enjoy creating your own version!
