I've tested this file and found that the hole measures exactly 6.5mm in diameter. The original piece I designed had to be drilled with a 6.5mm bit to fit perfectly. To install, simply press it firmly into place. I didn't disassemble my hop up system to attach this upgrade, as it was already installed in my gun.
