Human Resources Department is seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to fill the position of Human Relations Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities: * Assist the Director in developing and implementing policies and procedures that support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. * Collaborate with HR staff to ensure compliance with federal and state laws, as well as company policies and procedures. * Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on diversity and inclusion best practices. * Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. * At least 5 years of experience working in a human resources role. * Proven track record of developing and implementing successful diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
