"Aeroskif" is a Ukrainian company based in Kyiv that developed AS 168, a four-seater all-metal aircraft. This design is inspired by Zenair CH 640 but features significant differences in technology, materials used, and overall design. The aircraft has been certified in Ukraine, making it an independent project. The development process took approximately ten months and was completed using Autodesk Inventor 2012 for designing 90% of the model. For the remaining details, CATIA V5 (Generative Shape Design) was used to create the cabin and glass components, as well as unfold stamped ribs. The AS 168 model comprises over 9,500 parts, with the wing and fuselage not containing rivets to avoid potential computer performance issues. Despite this, all holes for rivets are still included in the design. The set of drawings consists of 800 sheets in various formats, organized according to ATA 100 chapters' structure. Unfortunately, the complete 3D model and drawings cannot be published, but some standard parts of the fuel system and chassis are available for purchase on Airspruce or from the manufacturer. The response also includes several working fragments, such as screenshots and an article about AS 168 in AON's journal (General Aviation), provided as a PDF file.
