I've included a screenshot of where her eyes, mouth, and cheeks should be positioned. The UV map changes after triple-jumping in the game but this should still provide enough information for modification. However, I need to flatten her feet, fix her bangs, and figure out what to do about her hands. It's early days for this work-in-progress model, but it's becoming increasingly challenging. I've never dealt with a model having too few polygons before. It's not easy keeping the geometry accurate while retaining her low-poly charm. Do not attempt to print this 3D model yet.
