Artist-D with BMG clone and MK8 hotend (Creality)

Remixed Artist-D hot end from Codyacehardware's original design. This is for the left side hot end, BL touch mount is included, but I have not mounted one yet or worked out the offset. You could mirror the base and shroud for the right side, but you would need a mirrored extruder to do so. Working on the right sided to include the z adjustment needed for calibrating the 2 hot ends as well as making a version that won't require a mirrored extruder.Print it out of what you want but I suggest printing the shroud out of something more heat resistant than PLA. I put a piece of Capricorn bowden tube inside the hot end and locked it in there with the plug, the length is 38mm.I have the hot end fan pulling air instead of pushing it. Not sure it matters, but this is working well for me.
