Artin 3500 Flip Clock Motor Spinner Gear

This gear replaces the spinner motor gear on an Artin 3500 flip clock. **It is very small and must be printed with a 0.2 mm nozzle.** The gear's specifications are as follows: * Module: .25 * Teeth: 12 * OD: 3.5 mm * ID: 1.53 mm Because of its small size, shrinkage is especially problematic. To remedy this, I printed this part at 110% scale. This gave me a gear with the correct dimensions as modeled. This was my first print with a 0.2 mm nozzle. There is still some work left to do in dialing in settings to get a cleaner print. Thankfully, it functions perfectly! I printed it in PLA because my printer cannot handle the temperatures required for Nylon. Obviously it is not the ideal material for a gear such as this, however two weeks on it is still working flawlessly. I will monitor the gear to see if it wears.
