I designed these files to simplify the process of removing the weight of the spool from the top of my tall printer while still allowing filament to enter the extruder from above, utilizing the stock run-out sensor effectively. I created the spool holder to integrate seamlessly with the bearings and fasteners that came with my printer's original spool holder. I utilized M3 drop-in T-nuts found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3050607 to secure three guides to the printer, while the main guide employs an M6 PTFE coupler. Initially, I used an old coupler from my Ender but replaced it with a new one (same size) that came with some fresh Capricorn PTFE tube. In total, five M3 cap head screws and nuts were used - six or eight millimeters long if I recall correctly. All of these parts printed successfully in both PLA+ and PETG without supports.
