Today I present two mechanical improvements. The 1st upgrade will eliminate any movement caused by the flexible coupler spring. For this we will confine the two transmission screws of the Z axis. The aim is to reduce vertical oscillations in the AXIS Z produced by: - the flexible coupling spring maintaining its function, which helps prevent damage from sudden movements. - Z-eccentric adjustment decompensation, a common issue that affects print quality. - the tension of the filament reel, which can cause vibrations and disrupt the printing process. The 2nd improvement will make the geometry of each layer more stable. To achieve this we will calibrate the parallelism of the X axis with the hot bed. Improved printing dynamics and layer geometry, by: - X axis parlelism adjustment with heated bed, which ensures a smooth and even surface for printing. - Z eccentric adjustment symmetrically, to prevent wobble and ensure precise prints.
