Printers made with V profiles, usually print parts with slight irregularities/artifacts in the upper part of Z of the pieces, this is because as we go up in Z, the piece approaches its maximum mass and generates the highest accelerations/inertias of the assembly of the bed and the printed piece. The more mass there is, the more inertia there will be, and the more vibration there will be, vibrations that spread throughout the frame, being more noticeable in Z, that is, in the two vertical aluminum V profiles which guide the path of the X bridge that holds the extruder. Increasing the rigidity of the frame helps to reduce these irregularities. Look for stabilizer bar designs, found commercials and other free ones on Thingiverse, but they all suffered from lack of rigidity because they were not well anchored to the frame. The proposed two-bar design meets the stiffness requirements for most printing purposes, the four-bar design provides the highest possible stiffness even though acceleration is increased dramatically.
