Artillery X1/Genius - Small accessories - Kit 2: Wheel expansion and cable management

Hi friends, I'm not sure about you, but I think there's room for improvement in the Artillery Sidewinder X1. The last time, I shared a 3-piece kit with you: pliers holder, protection of sd-usb sockets and filament cleaner. (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4250562) Today, I'm offering two new accessories for the tray. The first accessory is a guide that keeps the power cable in line with the axis. It prevents twisting the wires. This is much easier to print and install than a complete cable chain. It's secured by the power cord. To print it, you'll need supports, and I suggest printing it as shown in the picture. The second accessory is an extension wheel. The original wheel allows the bed to be raised or lowered, but it has a small diameter of 5cm. With this extension, we can increase the diameter to 8.5 cm, which is the maximum safe size without damaging the Z axis connectors. In addition to its larger size, the extended wheel indicates the direction of rotation for moving up and down. On my Sidewinder X1, a single turn of the wheel moves the bed by 1 mm. There are eight notches on the wheel, so when you move from one notch to another, you'll know exactly how much you're raising or lowering the bed – either 0.125mm. Please be careful if you have covers for the Z axis! When installing these wheels, make sure your bed can move freely forward and backward without the wheels touching the covers. For printing, I used a layer thickness of 0.32mm with an infill of 10% and no supports. If you know how to use two different filaments, consider printing the "<UP" in a contrasting color for better visibility. If not, a pen will do the job. I hope these accessories are helpful. October 2020: I added a version of the wheel extension for Artillery Genius. December 2020: Some Genius wheels have varying sizes, so I created three different versions with diameters of 71, 73, and 75mm. Note: If you're using a base cable cover like this one (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4115325), it's too wide for the wheel extension, leaving insufficient space. I redesigned it to be 7mm narrower, and you can find the updated STL file with the others. Don't forget to visit my Artillery printers dedicated website: https://docarti.fr/
