Hi, i created this vented cover for the extruder motor for my Artillery Sidewinder X1 / Genius. I noticed that the extruder motor gets very hot after a few hours of printing. With this cover the temperature decreases. In addition, a 4020 fan can be top-mounted to cool the motor even more. In this case, I recommend turning the fan to suck the air from the motor outwards, to avoid turbulence during printing. I printed this cover in PETG.
