Artillery Sidewinder X1 Wobble Fix
thingiverse
Didn't like the existing fixes, because they either include drilling holes or don't fit to the design. You will need two 500mmx12 mm rods & all screws needed to assemble are 5mm longer. I used carbon rods with raw finish as it has the same price as steel ones (pretty cheap) and weight a lot less. Testfit your construction before printing everything else, the tolerances are minimal, as I don't want any play in the lower screws. Print the bottom parts with high Infill (I think I used 60%) to prevent material creep. Supports are only needed on the top parts (use "everywhere") When assembling, stick (or glue) the rod into the screws and screw them into the bottom parts. then slider over the nut and assemble the top parts. Then screw down the nuts. That way, you don't create any tension on your printer. I used EXTRUDR Matte PETG to print, which looks great on the machine. I would be happy if you leave a Like, I spent many hours, filament and revisions on this ;)
