Creation of the arms needed to make a timelapse that follow the Z axis. After each layer the "Layer change script" send the print head to a near home position to push gently the switch. The switch is connected to a Raspberry 1 with a mounted usb key. The Raspberry is accessed via ssh and run a python script that wait for the swith to be triggered to take a picture. To do so; -an usb webcam (mine AUKEY Webcam 1080P -> must be UVC to work with Raspberry) -an old Raspberry 1 -a python script that look at the pin 10 of the Raspberry and take a picture when pin 10 is triggered. -a switch placed at the position X-2 Y250 F3600 of the Artillery The case of the Raspberry comes from here Thingiverse and fixed via 4 holes on the right arm, like this if you want to use another device to manage the webcam you can mount your own.
