ARTILLERY SIDEWINDER X1 SPOOL HOLDER WITH BEARING

ARTILLERY SIDEWINDER X1 SPOOL HOLDER WITH BEARING

thingiverse

Here is my design for the spool holder with or without a bearing that I created for my Artillery Sidewinder X1. I used Fusion 360 to bring this project to life. Support_v5 and support_v6 are similar, but v5 doesn't have a logo. Re-use existing bolts, fasteners, and bearings whenever possible. For the arm with a bearing, I use the original R1450ZZ bearing taken from the Artillery mounting spool bracket. Alternatively, you can use a 605ZZ Shielded Ball Bearing. The bearing's inner diameter is 5mm, outer diameter is 14mm, and width is 5mm. ARM_BEARING_V2, ARM_BEARING_V2.1, and ARM_BEARING_V2.2 share the same design with different lengths. They all feature a main shaft with a bearing at the end. ARM_BEARING has bearings sitting on pins. SHAFT_BEARING_V2.1 goes hand-in-hand with ARM_BEARING_V2.1 (Maximum spool width: 72mm). SHAFT_BEARING_V2 is designed for use with ARM_BEARING_V2 (Maximum spool width: 87mm). SHAFT_BEARING_V2.2 is tailored for ARM_BEARING_V2.2 (Maximum spool width: 100mm). PIN_BEARING_5MM pairs perfectly with ARM_BEARING (Maximum spool width: 77mm). If you prefer an arm without a bearing, you can opt for the arm without bearings (Maximum spool width: 77mm) or the arm_long without bearings (Maximum spool width: 87mm). XS stands for a stronger version of the design.
