Artillery Sidewinder X1 - Heat bed screw center helper
thingiverse
A simple and compact gadget helps you perfectly align the heatbed screws with the four holes in the bed holder to avoid any contact between the screws and the holder. This can prevent bending of the glass bed due to thermal expansion if the screws press against the metal frame holding it. Print four units, then position the heatbed correctly and insert these parts below so that the screws are mostly centered in the holes. After that, carefully remove them again and proceed with even more caution when screwing the four large wheels into each part (don't do this one at a time! Make one turn on each wheel every time until you reach the desired bed height). I have drilled my four holes to be 6.5mm in diameter instead of the standard 6.0-6.2mm size found in the stock holder. This modification is also recommended by Artillery, as can be seen in various videos available on YouTube or Facebook Groups that demonstrate this process.
