Artillery Sidewinder X1 - Gantry base covers (left and right)

thingiverse

Covers to hide the wires going from the base to the Z axis step motors of the Artillery Sidewinder X1. Minimalistic design that allows the creation of both left and right covers of the gantry base using the same STL file. Simply mirror the cover in your slicer for the other side. ### Installation: Start by inserting the notch of the smaller part into the profile, then rotate the component until the second notch snaps in, and finally move the cover down into position. ### Tip: Before inserting the left cover, remove the piece of plastic that keeps the wire of the run-out inside the profile, and cut it in two (last photo). Once the two covers are in place, use the first half in the place it was before, and the second half to hide the wire of the z-end above the right cover. ### Version: Those covers have been designed for the Artillery Sidewinder X1 - Version 4.
