This is a remix of aJ_Berlin Artillery Sidewinder X1 Filament Spool Holder (03/2020) by aJ_Berlin March 22, 2020: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4235858 - Will fit on Sidewinder X1 V4 with dual bearings (14mm diameter). - Will fit 11cm (4,3 inch) spools. - Rib to keep spool in place - Rib moved to left to prevent high spool travel on roll - Sides with steep angle to prevent additional resistance - Filament sensor bracket mount is recommended to avoid filament rubbing on the roll See: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4593151 (advanced version) Older models may use bearings with shoulders on the inside and outside, new printers come with a normal bearing on the inside and a flanged bearing on the outside of all four guides. For newer printers it is easy to install just slide the rollers over the existing bearings and they should fit tight. Tipps: - To avoid a print not fitting, stop the print after 1cm height and try to push the created roll over the bearing. If it doesn't fit try to scale the roll by 1% increments. - Cover the glass bed to avoid damage if something falls on it when mounting the spool holder! - Do not force the spool holder over the bearings, it should work with little force. Too much axial force on the outer bearings will damage them. Print Settings Printer: Artillery Sidewinder X1 (Evnovo) Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.16 or 0.2mm layer heights with 0.4mm nozzle.
