Artillery Sidewinder X1 30 Pin Cable Clamps
thingiverse
These hold the 30 pin ribbon cable in place securely, keeping it stable and preventing damage caused by jostling or excessive movement. The main brackets are attached firmly to the extrusion slots using t-nuts and M5 screws that are precisely 10mm long. Smaller diameter screws can be substituted if necessary. The clamps utilize M2 screws and nuts for secure fastening, with an ideal length of around 10mm, though slightly longer or shorter lengths may also work effectively. However, the right screw on the top clamp should not extend too far to avoid interfering with the roller mechanism. Printing these parts without supports is feasible; refer to my "print orientation" STL files for optimal printing settings and techniques. To assemble correctly, the clamp components must be matched specifically with their respective brackets. The top clamp features a chamfered edge to ensure smooth clearance during assembly and operation.
