Artillery Genius Sidewinder Cable Protector
thingiverse
the bed cable sleeve make the cable bend in 1 or 2 places where most of the bend just keep being in that same spot, this way you wear the cable VERY fast.. If you just carefully remove the sleeve, cut it slowly in very small pieces, then the cables are free to move and bend over the entire length = VERY long life time.. SO check the sleeve today, and stay happy, stay safe, for free. Easy fix. I did not even open the machine, just cut sleeve, and carefully pull the sleeve out from base, and cut some more. the burned pictures are from a friend's machine, very new, the pictures with machine, is a genius one of mine. my other working genius was done printing today, same sleeve issue bended mostly 2 places, so i carefully cut and removed black sleeve, then inspected the two red wires and one is broken inside the silicone, easy to pull apart, it was only heating up, since the red silicone pressed the two loose metal ends together for contact. NO POWER TO BED ? MIN TEMP or other TEMPERATURE errors, you came too late for this post.. but behold: just replace the two red soft silicone cables, and your machile run fine again. DONT use the original cable sock.
