Artillery Genius Probe Mount
thingiverse
Thank you to the original designer to answered my message and provided a step file which greatly aided (simplified) my adjustments/remix. This is a remix of the "BLtouch mount for Artillery Genius". I liked the original model but there was no ability to adjust the mount height so I changed that. I also changed/divided the print into multiple parts to make printing faster (5.5 hours instead of the 12 hours originally) and to be able to print with no supports. I've arranged the stl files to have the parts in optimal printing orientation to aid in proper printing. To attach I used 4 M3 heatset inserts (the stock ones used in Voron builds) on the back cable support. I also used 1 M3 nut and bolt for attaching the probe mount. You'll also need 2 M3 bolts/SHCS (M3x16) for the cable clamps, and the 4 M3 heatset inserts (M3xD5xL4). This mounts to the extruder/pcb area with the 2 stock m3 bolts as well. You may need support depending on the capability of your printer, but my Genius prints it just fine with no supports using the "Voron PIF settings" you can find in a VORON build manual. The offsets were kept the same for probe location: X axis: 33.0mm Y axis: -26.0mm Commands to update the offsets are: M851 X33 Y-26 M500
