Kleine Installationsanleitung für den BLTouch I. Hardware-Umbau a. Den Hemera Adapter habe ich von hier https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4033595 Es können natürlich auch andere Adapter verwendet werden. Allerdings müssen dann die Offsetwerte angepasst werden. Das kann man auch bequem über das Touch Display machen und muss die Firmware nicht neu schreiben ;) b. Die Verkabelung des BLTouch habe ich über den LED-Anschuss gelöst. Das Braune und Schwarze Kabel vom BLT kann zusammengekrimpt werden. An dem LED-Anschluss ist eine Beschriftung. Von Links nach recht - B G R - Das Gelbe Kabel in B, Rot in G, Schwarz/Braun in R und das weiße in – (Ich musste leider das weiße Kabel (Z Home Signal) oben in den BLT Anschluss stecken da der BLT über den LED Anschluss nicht reagiert hat) c. Auf Mainborseite muss das Kabel von der LED-Leitung (3 Braune) umgesteckt werden. Mit den zusehenden Metallkontakten nach unten. Nr. 1 auf dem Bild d. Z Sensor Kabel umstecken. Nr. 2 auf dem Bild. Es ist nur das eine Kabel. Der Masse kontakt ist a zusammengesteckt worden (Braun und Schwarz am BLT). II. Jetzt kann die Firmware vom Mainboard und TFT aufgespielt werden. Bei Fragen versuche ich zu antworten. Sofern es meine Zeit zulässt. Octoprint Thema. Es kann passieren das Octoprint nicht ganz mitmacht. Aus irgendeinem Grund macht der Drucker kein Homing wenn ich mit Octoprint Drucke und fährt ins Druckbett. Wenn ich von USB oder SD Drucke passiert das nicht. Somit ist der gcode ok.
