Artillery Genius Filler Spool Holder

Replace the stock Artillery Genius spool holder that fits spools poorly and holds badly. Use a filler spool holder in its place: easier to swap out spools, and spool rim quality is irrelevant (I've broken a lot of spools by dropping them, making them completely unusable on the original spool holder.) This works great, and lets you use the original filament runout sensor as well. I used printed bearings for the roller; there's no need to use metal bearings as the spool spins very freely regardless of bearing quality.
