*For your consideration - an articulation in BLEND and OBJ formats that you can freely use on any creation you happen to be developing, even if you wish to sell your final product.* No rafts or supports required. I'm no engineer, (So the BLEND is a little messy, especially after I "cleaned it up" with 3D Builder) but this articulation prints cleanly and moves freely every time using my gnarly 0.2 draft profile, even when significantly scaled-down. I have provided a square-end version and a rounded version to assist with the first stages of integrating it into your project. I stuck with low-poly so that and subsequent developers can modify it with ease. Think you can do better? Please feel free to upgrade this item - all I ask is that you provide your new versions freely as I have so we can have Thingiverse flooded with new creations from ever-increasing numbers of modelers. Tested on my trusty-crusty FF Adventurer 3, and I'll also test with the Prusa draft profile when Josef sends me an i3 Mk3S+ .... still waiting, Josef :D :D
