Articulating Raspberry Pi Camera Mount remix for MP Maker Select Plus

I required a camera mount for my Maker Select Plus. The mount from Sneaks for the MK2 and MK3 impressed me greatly, so I designed a mount for the right X-axis endplate of my Maker Select Plus (which appears to be identical to the Wanhao Duplicator i3). Convenient screw holes were already in place; they might have been used on other models, but if not, these can be utilized as a substitute.
