Articulated Shark
prusaprinters
An articulated shark with moveable body sections, jaw and pectoral fins. It has a hidden slot (as shown in the picture) for adding a keychain.Original size: ~4.9 cm × ~9.6 cm × ~3.1 cmUpper teeth require support materials (see screenshot). An in-design support is available which would be easier to remove but not necessarily better in general. To apply it, load it as a part and make some appropriate configurations (see screenshot). The tail part (of the old version especially) is more likely to collapse during printing so it would be better to apply some supports around it too.The GCODEs use the “generic PLA” profile in PrusaSlicer and has the teeth supported by the in-design support. Updates:2022-10-28 - Added a new version with strengthened joint parts. The support part modified to cost less material.2022-08-02 - Fixed a problem that gets dorsal fin stuck. The tail fin rounded again (less pointy). The support part slightly improved. Keychain slot modified to fit a bigger ring. 2022-04-06 - Tail fin now slightly less pointy. An optional support STL added.2022-01-07 - Some adjustments for the hinge parts, overhangs, etc.
