I have a challenge - it's hard to showcase a 3D printer to your visitors - you show them the machine, send out a small print job, and ... it won't be ready until they've left.\nSo I created this design with the specific goal of being able to completely print it before everyone gets restless and moves on.\nThis model takes 9 minutes according to Cura's estimate, but in reality, on my printer, it takes 12 minutes (not counting warmup time)\nThis model is tiny, its features are probably just about the smallest you can print with a 0.4mm nozzle tip\nBecause its features are so small this model tends to break apart after a while, especially the arms fall off - but I simply don't have enough space to make the arm connectors larger. (resolved in V2)\nPrint with no supports and no infill material\nDesigned with SketchUp, modified with Microsoft 3D Builder, sliced with Cura, printed on a Robo 3D R1+\nUpdate\nVersion 2 fixes the two major flaws in the first model: the arms that keep falling off and the unsightly holes in the parts of the face that are supposed to be flat - to do this I had to remove the tapered edges from the head and body, which gave me an extra 1.6mm to use for making clearances in the head and shoulders larger.
