Articulated lamp base for Lidl Powerfix Parkside pegboard

<p>I'm a big fan of the articulating lamp by <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/igorf2/designs">igorF2</a>, and I have a <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/ppeterka/collections/ppeterka-pegboard-portfolio">pegboard</a> affection too...
