The sliding doors reminiscent of an old-fashioned tramway or trolley bus delight door aficionados. With both sides open and closed simultaneously, the doors are manipulated using one of two levers:\r\n\r\nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iAmP5qoIsgY\r\n\r\nThis design is optimized for print-in-place functionality.\r\n\r\nOn a Creality Ender 2 printer with Slic3r PE, key settings include: \r\n0.2mm layer height\r\nPerimeters: 30mm/s \r\nExternal perimeters: 70% \r\nXY separation of supports: 70%\r\n\r\nThe door mechanism can be printed in one single piece. Printing with supports and orienting it like the screenshot will yield optimal results. However, some minor adjustments may be necessary to get the gears going smoothly. Be prepared for a few teeth that might require assistance from a craft knife or a needle file.\r\n\r\nThis model utilizes gear.scad 1.1 by Leemon Baird.
