Arthur's Stone

I went for a Boxing Day walk and combined about 100 images to create this model. I had to narrow it down from the original 2 million faces to what you see here, but I'm happy with the balance I achieved. Next time, I'll take my SLR instead of my Samsung S7. Just north of Cefn Bryn's ridge summit lies a Neolithic burial ground called Arthur's Stone (Welsh: Maen Ceti). This site gets its name from a legend about King Arthur throwing a large stone from Llanelli that landed here. It is believed that during the Bronze Age, Cefn Bryn was heavily used for ceremonies and rituals. Under the bracken on the hill, over sixty cairns have been discovered. Most of these are likely collections of stones cleared by local farmers; however, just north-west of Arthur's Stone, three prominent cairns have been excavated to prove their ancient purpose - the largest being Great Cairn, a circular heap of stones above a central grave.
