Toys can be designed to move their arms with ease using Tinkercad, a powerful tool for creating 3D models. Designing the perfect toy requires precise settings: nozzle size is set at 0.4 mm, ensuring smooth and accurate prints. The optimal temperature for both the nozzle and bed is maintained at 210°C and 50°C respectively, guaranteeing excellent adhesion and minimizing warping. To achieve a strong and durable build, multiple layers are carefully stacked with each layer measuring 0.3 mm thick. A sturdy shell is constructed around the toy, measuring 1.2 mm in thickness. Printing speed is set at 30 mm/s to balance quality and efficiency. For toys that need extra support during printing, it's essential to ensure they're not touching the build plate. By using a gradual infill of 15%, as recommended by Cura version 3.2, the toy gains added stability without compromising its overall structure. Once complete, the toy stands tall at approximately 80 mm in height, ready for play or further customization.
