Art object 3D model

The high-quality middle-poly 3D model captures an intricate art object suspended on a ceiling. Its versatility in fields such as game development, advertising, interior design, motion picture art, and visualization has made it a valuable asset. A thoughtfully designed topology allows the model to maintain exceptional quality even when zoomed in for close-ups. This efficient design minimizes the number of polygons needed to achieve maximum detail. The 3D model employs three distinct material types: two metallic surfaces and one wood texture with two distinct effects, diffuse and bump. In total, there are only two main textures involved, each boasting an impressive resolution of 8850 x 3750 pixels in JPEG format. Additionally, a high-resolution PSD file is available within the provided archive. Created using the Maya 2009 program, the model precisely reflects real-world measurements in centimeters. It accurately replicates the dimensions of the actual object: 200 x 158 x 150 cm or 78.7 x 62.2 x 59 inches in inches. Each part is carefully grouped and labeled. To assist with rendering, a customized scene has been crafted using Maya 2014 with V-Ray 2.40. The .ma format enables this scene to be seamlessly imported into earlier versions of the software up to Maya 2012, accompanied by V-Ray 2.0. The scene features six strategically positioned V-Ray Rect Lights and reflectors. A V-Ray MTL material is effectively applied to the model, along with predetermined positions set on the Timeline for model and camera animations. Removing animation keys from translation and rotation channels eliminates any unnecessary animations. For easier use in various other 3D software applications, the model has been saved in multiple formats, including .fbx, .obj, .DAE, and .max (compatible with Maya 2010). Note that this middle-poly model is not suited for the use of any smoothing modifiers.
