There wheels are designed to work best sized the same as Aoshima 19inch wheels. Upsizing should be fine but downsizing you may run in to print errors. Flipping the center will get you the opposite direction for a matching set of directional wheels. Center, hub/lugs, hoops and tyres are all separate parts, see example renders on this page.
