This 3D model was originally designed using Sketchup 15 and then converted into multiple other 3D formats. Its native format is .skp and the 3dsmax scene utilizes 3ds Max 2016 with Vray 3.00 for rendering. I recently added a modular kit train station to my layout, which features components made from materials from the 1950s. The wall panels and columns can be easily connected and rearranged to form different structures. Inspired by a television show I watched that featured an interesting house design, I experimented with using the kit's components to create a house resembling that style. This new creation stands as a testament to my ingenuity. It has 42 columns, each measuring 24X24 inches tall, made from extruded concrete and spanning a total of 10 feet in height. The wall panels are intricately designed, consisting of three distinct layers: an exterior coat of auto enamel over powder-coated aluminum or steel, a core of foam, and an interior surface finished with drywall tape and texture paint. The house's architecture boasts several notable features. It has walls capped with 2-foot high parapets along the roof's perimeter and at the front entrance, which includes a 4-foot tall feature. The floor plan is divided into three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, a dining area, and an impressive living room that extends across two levels. The basement has been completed, with various interior features including cutouts for visibility in the Master Bedroom and mirrored doors within closets. Furthermore, there are some distinct design highlights throughout this home. These include column integration in one of the corners within the master shower area and a built-in wood stove positioned in the Basement area. Inside is an added convenience with The Library, which houses a projector screen that can be manually extended by users via the application. Lastly, the entire house structure features space for a two-car garage located on-site at 51 feet in length x 30 feet wide and all exterior wall components are readily reproducible through copy/paste functionality in software if desired for future design modifications. These can then simply be altered to create numerous house types with just these one particular design, front door of this newly built structure may interact with it through the selection of tools menu > interactions. Upon first entry I left its entrance unlocked as it could also close.
