This print took some time to model + modify for printability and ease of installation. </strong>Even a $1 donation means a lot to me.&nbsp;</p><p>I saw that the Dollar Tree was selling some art canvases, which are relatively good quality, but there was no easel to go with them. I found none online that could be 3D printed, thus I created this one that fits the 6x8 inch and 5x7 inch models. The mount must be snug, so the clearance between it and the wood is 0.2mm.</p><p>The canvas is tilted 45-degrees from the relative ground. Some people like the tilt to be around 30-55 degrees, but I find 45 is good enough for these canvases.</p><p>Print this on its side, NOT with the base touching the bed. If you find your print isn't as stable as it should be, just place some painter's tape across the top surface of the base to connect it to the table/ground.</p><p><strong>Note</strong>: The base of the print must have more weight to it for better stability. Thus a modifier must be added there where the infill % is increased to 50%. Gyroid provides equal weight in all directions. If using PrusaSlicer, the regular file will already come with the modifier. If using any other Slicer, please use the “no-modifier” file and add it accordingly.</p><p><i>Print Settings:</i></p><p>Perimeters = 4</p><p>Infill = 10% and see above (Gyroid)</p><p>Layer height = 0.3 mm (or as high as your nozzle permits)</p>
