A bodkin and blunt tip arrowhead for use with the Miniature Compound Bow by DonStick3l (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2764962). Its not a true remix, the only thing I used from the bow was the aperature size for the arrow holder but I wanted it linked to the bow I designed them for use with. I've fired them from 3 ft into the ceramic tile and they dont break, so thats nice. They add a bit of weight to the end as well to help with trajectory like DonStick3l says to do with a needle. The bodkin will punch into carboard @ 15 feet all the way up to the max size area of the head, so don't shoot it at people! The blunt tip left a sizeable impression in carboard @ 15 feet. Also shot myself in the foot with it to see how much it hurts... It Hurts, so again, do not shoot this at people. Disclaimer: I'm not responsible for how you use these arrowheads, so dont blame me if you shoot an eyeball out. If anybody wants the F3D files, just put it in the comments and I'll throw them in there. I did most it as a parametric design, so the parameters can just be changed. Print Settings Printer Brand: Creality Printer: Ender 3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .16 Filament: Maker Geeks PLA HOT White Notes: I printed these like I do my minis: 0% infill, 0 top layers, 11111111 bottom layers. Makes them nice and solid and prints them decently with this filament. USE BRIMS. The contact patch is so small otherwise that they will break themselves free when they're nearly done. The bodkin arrows do NOT like to be printed in all-at-once with multiples using the filament I was using, so do this at own risk. The blunt tips did it just fine though. Category: Sport & Outdoors
