<p> The built in stand on my Arrow TR550 hot glue gun failed. So I designed a new one with a wider base. Now it doesn't tip over immediately like it did with the original stand. </p><p>It prints standing up, and uses two M3 bolts to act as the swivel axels. This allows them to be tightened in from the sides to provide resistance to rotation that holds the stand flipped up out of the way when not in use. The glue gun body has some nubs that acted as detents for the old stand. I just trimmed them off with my flush cutters before installing this new stand.</p><p>STL provided as well as native Solidworks 2018, Step, X_T, and Fusion360 import. Mix, Match, Modify as you see fit. I hope it can be of use to you.</p>
