Arrow Shed Door Slide Bushing
myminifactory
This is the upper door clip for an Arrow shed. A set of these can be purchased at the hardware store for $12 or you can print one for a few cents. I printed mine using ABS with 4 perimeters, 75% infill and lubricated it with white lithium grease. This configuration works well and feels as durable as the original part. PLA might work but I'm concerned that the screw could crack the plastic. The part is available in two formats: "OEM" which is a very close reproduction of the original injection molded part, and "Modified for Printing" which has revised sections to print more easily. We installed the "Modified for Printing" version on the shed. I printed this with the round pips facing down, parallel to the print bed, matching the orientation of the Thingiverse render.
