Arrow Shed Door Slide Bushing
thingiverse
This is the upper door clip for an Arrow shed. A set of these can be purchased at a hardware store for $12 or you can print one for just a few cents. I printed mine using ABS with 4 perimeters, 75% infill, and lubricated it with white lithium grease. This setup works well and feels as durable as the original part. PLA may work too, but I'm concerned that the screw could crack the plastic. The part is available in two formats: the "OEM" version closely replicates the original injection-molded part, featuring several thin filleted sections that are tricky to print and would be weak as a printed component. In contrast, the "Modified for Printing" version revises these thin sections to make them easier to print. The parts installed on our shed are from this modified revision. I printed this with the round pips facing downwards, parallel to the print bed, matching the orientation of the Thingiverse render.
