Arrow Antenna tripod adapter
thingiverse
Allows attaching the "Arrow" ham radio satellite antenna to a tripod. Consists of a cradle into which the boom of the antenna is placed, then held with zip ties. Has a triangular/pyramid type end which fits into many tripods. This allows you to attach the antenna to the tripod near the antenna's center of gravity. It does have the downside that you might not be able to fully twist the antenna to change polarization, as you can when you end-mount the antenna at the handle end. But then end-mounting usually requires a stronger tripod to keep the antenna from drooping down, unless you add a counterweight to the handle which in essence makes the antenna twice as heavy... So for me, 'center-mounting' the antenna with a cradle like this one worked best.
