I recently acquired a racing quad and, being an exceptional pilot, promptly lost one of the foam pads at the bottom. I was pleased to find mounting holes there, so I created a leg that would land on them, one that was affordable, robust, and lightweight, without restricting airflow excessively. This leg was designed in FreeCAD and printed on a Maker Select Plus printer using 3D Solutech Carbon Fiber PLA. It simply clicks into the holes underneath where the foam is attached and friction-fits securely. UPDATE: Unfortunately, TPU didn't work out as expected. The original version broke off quickly, possibly due to my remarkable piloting skills, so I updated them to use a M4x16 screw for added support instead. A second version of the legs also exists, featuring a rounded skid at the bottom.
