Arris Surfboard S33 Rackmount. It is bigger than 1u and not perfect. This is my first real design. I "designed" this with the help of pre-existing .stl files by combining them. Feel free to modify or make this thing better. Tinkercad for some reason is acting weird and not making one of the screw holes empty and putting a little bit of filament in it. simply clear it with a 3mm drill bit or 1/8 drill bit M3 bolts are required to join the two pieces together. EDIT 8/11/23: added keystone jack to one of the side panels. EDIT 8/15/23: Redesigned for more strength and added more m3 screw holes. EDIT 8/23/23: Redesigned the way the three pieces connect. the overlap just never printed well enough and would end up being 19 1/4". Also added a keystone jack to the left side. EDIT 9/15/23: Sorry for not updating for a couple of weeks. Recently had a tornado go through my town that did a lot of damage to trees, bushes, etc. Luckily the house wasn't damaged. Anyway, I added a bracket for a 40mm cooling fan. Amazon sells fan connectors to USB. I personally recommend Noctua nf-a4x10 or nf-a4x20 both PWM and operate at 12v natively
